PROS Billing Webinar. This informative webinar discusses billing for Consumer Centered Family Consultation in PROS and was presented by the Office of Mental Health and hosted by The Family Institute. We reviewed the PROS Clarification Guidance 13, staff competencies in Evidence Based Practices and discussed key questions from PROS programs regarding billing for Consumer Centered Family Consultation. The Family Institute and the New York State Office of Mental Health developed a three part series designed especially for licensed agency providers. The three webinars are an overview of the Consumer Centered Family Consultation model.

Webinar # 1: Consumer Centered Family Consultation: Engaging Consumers. Engaging the consumer is the first of two preliminary steps to conducting a Consumer Centered Family Consultation. This webinar provided practical information, techniques and tools for helping recipients to make informed decisions about including others in supporting their treatment and recovery.
